A2. Weighted Pronated Chin-ups @ 20X0, 2 reps x 5 sets, 1 min
5#/5/7.5/7.5/7.5 haven't done pronated in awhile = sucky
B. AMRAP in 10 minutes:
20 KBS - 16kg
15 Box Jumps - 18"
10 Burpees
4 rounds
